Element Outdoor products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship for a full 12 months. However, regardless of how careful you use the product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. We will repair or replace it if our product fails due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship of the product. It does not cover; rip, tear and normal wear and tear of the product. We do not warranty and are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, and the natural breakdown of the product over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow care instructions.

All Returns Must Be Issued An (RAN) Return Authorization Number Before Mailed Back to Element Outdoors L.L.C
All defective or damaged products should be returned to Element Outdoors L.L.C. for evaluation. When we receive the item it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
An (RAN) Return Authorization Number will need to be issued before any item is sent back to Element Outdoors L.L.C. Without the RAN# on the box, the box will be refused. Also, all returns must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase (sales receipt). Please allow up to 2 weeks for evaluation of the item. At that time we will either, repair, replace or issue you credit toward another item. For all warranty evaluations, your product must be returned directly to:
