We can accept most new, undamaged items, that still have hang tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Sale of ALL items in the Clearance section of store or website are considered FINAL SALES and are NOT eligible for return. If a return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll also pay the return shipping costs.
Refund of funds could take up to 14 days from the time we receive the item back into our possession, that does not include the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
All Returns Must Be Issued An (RAN) Return Authorization Number Before Mailed Back to Element Outdoors L.L.C
All defective or damaged products should be returned to Element Outdoors L.L.C. for evaluation. When we receive the item it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
An (RAN) Return Authorization Number will need to be issued before any item is sent back to Element Outdoors L.L.C. Without the RAN# on the box, the box will be refused. Also, all returns must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase (sales receipt). Please allow up to 2 weeks for evaluation of the item. At that time we will either, repair, replace or issue you credit toward another item. For all warranty evaluations, your product must be returned directly to:
